About movie

Legendary Spartak player Nikita Simonyan becomes coach of Yerevan's Ararat and sets himself an impossible task: he aims for a "golden double"—a championship medal and a victory in the USSR Cup—but the team refuses to accept the new coach, and their main rival is ready to do anything to win.
